Meera Dhawan (500 E-RYT) embarked on her Yoga journey decades ago, inspired by her grandmother's wisdom in India. Throughout her life, she has used Yoga as a tool for working through deep struggles, the practice has completely transformed her life. With extensive training in Trauma-Informed Yoga Asana, Pranayama, and meditation both in India and the U.S., Meera is committed to empowering others through workshops, teacher training, and private sessions.
As a student pursuing a master’s in therapy, Meera's mission extends to helping otheres integrate Yoga into everyday life, fostering inner peace and empowerment among her students and fellow practitioners. Join her in this transformative journey towards holistic well-being and self-discovery.
