Set in a beautiful outdoor space , set up to foster connection and community, this class transcends Yoga studio classes. Grow with your community through interactive reflections, dialogue with shared insights, and a practice that goes beyond the mat.

As a Trauma-Informed Yoga teacher (500 E-RYT) and therapist in training, Meera Dhawan will delve into Yoga's profound potential as a tool for inner peace. The importance of nurturing a sense of community and fostering a deep connection with nature will be emphasized during sessions. Through the authentic guidance of Meera Dhawan (500 E-RYT), whose roots in Yoga trace back to her grandmother's teachings.

About the Facilitator

Meera Dhawan (500 E-RYT) embarked on her Yoga journey decades ago, inspired by her grandmother's wisdom. Throughout her life, she has used Yoga as a tool for working through deep struggles, the practice has completely transformed her life. With extensive training in Trauma-Informed Yoga Asana, Pranayama, and meditation both in India and the U.S., Meera is committed to empowering others through workshops, teacher training, and private sessions.

As a student pursuing a master’s in therapy, Meera's mission extends to helping otheres integrate Yoga into everyday life, fostering inner peace and empowerment among her students and fellow practitioners. Join her in this transformative journey towards holistic well-being and self-discovery.
