This pranayama course was a revelation... It goes well beyond basic techniques, offering a deep dive into the philosophy and origins of pranayama in a remarkably practical way…What sets it apart is how it blends traditional wisdom with modern understanding, creating a rich learning experience that’s far from textbook-dry. Whether you’re new to pranayama or have prior experience, this course offers unique insights and a level of depth that’s truly transformative. It’s changed how I breathe, teach, and approach this ancient practice. Highly recommended for anyone looking to deepen their understanding and application of pranayama or honestly, just want to feel better about life.
— Chad Lawson, 2024 Student
I took an online breath work certification program a few years ago and didn’t feel confident or complete in my learning which is when I found Meera’s program! I was drawn to her work through her devotion and commitment to the lineage and wisdom of pranayama! She teaches with so much heart and breaks down the concepts of pranayama in a way that feels digestible, tangible and relatable. I loved how the modules were timed and the interactive community aspect of the live classes. I also worked with Meera privately to get feedback on my sequencing and she helped me feel confident in my ability to teach! I am now leading monthly workshops and weekly classes and I wouldn’t be here without Meera’s support! Meera is an incredible teacher and I am so grateful to have learned from her and been part of her pranayama program!
